I like to address the moderator to print the consumer report on paper and send it to the H&R management by mail. Sending e-mail does not get to all the people involved. Quality control is one of their biggest problems.
Some one in charge of H&R needs to kick some butt, and if needed get rid of some sloppy workers. Fred M.
