will be getting a rem.7400,270.win,want to know on safe loads for semi auto action,so i dont wreck the rails or action with slow powder loads,mainly loaded h4831,reloader 22&19 powders,for bolt actions in the past mainly loaded for high velocityand accuracy with 130gr. bullets also want to load hornady 110gr.v-max bullets for coyotesand possibly for antelope&deer probaly to light for deer&antelope,please post your loads&thoughts on this matter.thank you

Try using RE15. I used this for a friends M7400 in 270 Win a while back and it worked well with 130 gr bullets (Speer Hot-cores if I remember right). As far as velocity it was a little on the mild side but it burns at a medium rate and won't bash the action. Never had a jam. I can't recall the exact load right now but it worked well in his semi and was fairly accurate to boot. Hoipe this helps
