Excellent Service from Bullberry

Just wanted to pass this on to everyone. I purchased a barrel for my Encore from Fred at Bullberry, after receiving my barrel and shooting it I found some discrepancies in the accuracy and performance of the this barrel. I reload my own ammo, and I racked my brain thinking that it was me and my loads that I was making for it and I even called Fred and discussed the situation with him and he told me to try a few things and if I still didn't get his Guarantied accuracy to send it back and he would check everything out. I did as he instructed and tried his suggestions and still to no avail the accuracy was still poor. I called him back and he said to send it back so I did, along with some of the targets that I shot and he wanted some brass that had been shot and to carry this a little further I even sent a few rounds that I had loaded for. Well I had to go out of town yesterday and when I got back home to my surprise he had called and left me a message telling me that he had found some flaws in this barrel and that he would be making me a new one and he apologized for the inconvience and said that I would probably receive it in about three weeks. Now in my book thats service with a smile. Just wanted to tell anyone that this is a barrel maker that keeps his word on what he says. That when the accuracy that he puts with his barrels isn't up to par he stands behind them. If I get another barrel I wont hesitate going back with Bullberry.
