Anybody know a place that recolor-case hardens old rifle?

Anybody know a place that recolor-case hardens old rifles? Other than Classic Guns, that is? Or alternately, chemically remove the bluing which has been applied over color-case without damaging color-case colors?
And also, rifle in question is a M1867 Danish Rolling Block in 11.7X51R Centerfire, anyone know for sure which parts were color-cased and which were blued/browned? I would like to restore as close as possible to original glory.
Facts, opinions, options, theories, all gratefully considered.

Thanks all! With the help of your links I found the Danish Rollers were case-hardened but not color-cased. I removed the old blue on receiver with chemicals that give it kinda the "French Gray" look that Shiloh Sharps uses.  I will live with that for a while, looks nice, maybe polish to a dull aged looking shine later.

I have an 1867 Swedish Rolling Block, which has the Remington built action, chambered for 12.7x44R (Swede's version of the .50-70) and the entire receiver is casehardened. The hammer and trigger are polished in the white. The block is blued, and the barrel is browned.
 Mine is the civilian model, which has the short forearm, with cross wedge as used to hold muzzleloader stocks on. Screws are all blued, but the two crosspins, and retainer plate are also polished in the white.
