Correct forend for Fox River T/C Custom tapered barrel?

I've ordered a 24" tapered .25-20 Win. barrel for my G2 Contender frame from the T/C custom shop at Fox Ridge Outfitters. Will the old forend made for the Super 16 and 21" tapered carbine barrels work on the G2 frame?
