In the wee hours...

In the wee hours, it feels good to have someone run their fingers through your hair and brush their fingers down your back....Unless you think you are alone..

Is there a story there waiting to be told?

I know many times I've felt something or someone crawl into bed with me and felt their weight both on the bed and on me. I fought myself awake only to discover it was but a dream. Some of my dreams these days are so realistic I've had to make adjustments in how I sleep and go to bed.

There's things that have been around since the
beginning,  but people today try to brush it off,
or even worse try to reinterpret things instead
of taking them literally as they should.
Something knocked/slapped my favorite shaving
mug from my hand around the first of the year.
One for sure strange thing was bouncing off the
tile wall then into the tile floor and it didn't break
into more pieces than it did, and me with bare feet
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I haven't had any of those problems in quite awhile. They went away with time after retirement. But just incase, I've got a pistol on the nightstand.  8)

I'm not one to give "ghosts or things that go bump in the night" much credibility, But when I moved into my big Victorian house (circa maybe 1888), there were  sounds, footsteps on the stair, thumping up stairs etc...

My grand daughter claimed she would sometimes see a little girl in her room, a blonde girl maybe between 7-9 in a flowered dress..

None of the sights or sounds ever indicated anything nefarious, so we just kind of laugh them off..

After leaving the house to my son, I placed a home manufactured in 1998, on the far back portion of the same corner lot.

About 2 years ago I was lightly dozing on my lounge chair, and slowly opened my eyes...and there down the hall, I saw a blonde girl about 7-9 years of age,
standing there, in a flowered dress..

Only such thing I have seen since i moved here in 1999... and I am still comfortable with it !
