A suspected b***er j***er driving a truck and trailer rig
supposedly fell asleep at the wheel slamming into
vehicles on a leg of the interstate some miles to
the east killing five (5) people.
Alexis Gonzalez Companioni is charged with the
five deaths and is being held at this time.
They refused to say at this time whether or not the
driver is in the country illegally, or if he was impaired.
Unfortunately, we have intoxication manslaughter
when the charge for impaired driving should be
intoxication capital murder
