Women have no sense of humor.

And their own language around men. Do you know what Awnnnnn means ? I do now after I've known one for years. And marred her maybe its something new. She used to say Ferr Surr when she’s was in agreement.

  Some times we learn late what is meant by a single word or phrase.

  For years, I have been saying , "bless your heart"...assumingI was giving somebody credit for being empathetic with another.

  Only lately have I learned that the phrase, when used below the Mason/Dixon...is an insult !  :-[

Hmmm, I moved south 53 years ago, and used that phrase many times.
I guess that's why they still call me a damn yankee. :o :)

Being from the Sunny Southland, I asked my Sis. about this wording. She said when women are talking about someone who isn't present in a negative way, they tag the sentence with (Bless their Heart) This makes it ok to talk behind their back if you do this. Kind of like eatin Grits. It's a Southern thing.....Ya'll.
