Taking it and attacking to damage its facilities are two different things.

If they were going literally take it, the U.S. would know way in advance, and I would say there is no way that is possible as our (Including Australia) Air Force is far, far more advanced than theirs; Ditto to an even larger degree our Navy, and Australia is getting new ultra modern submarines.
