Binary?

So,  The other Day,  Fillin out the Form to buy a Gun,  There was a Box to Check for, MALE, FEMALE or NON-BINARY....

Questions:

What The Heck is Binary?
If a Person is NON-Binary...Can a Person be Extra Binary?  I mean now that I'm working toward being more White,  maybe I need to be More Binary...?

I a Person is so Screwed up that they don't know if they are Male or Female....Should They be allowed to Have a Gun?

NO - Binary means male or female  non Binary means they are to stupid to look to see what sex organs they have or wish they had. If I read the explanation correctly SMILE I wish there was a stop the world and let me off button.

I noticed that the other day when buying the S&W Model 14 and the new S&W Shield EZ. I asked Richard the shop owner what happened when folks checked that. He said they couldn't have a gun. I think me maybe was at least half serious.
