Dems on the inauguration committee tried to normalize the unconstitutionality of the office of president elect by attempting to pass a formal congressional resolution calling Biden the president elect ... before the electoral college has even voted for President! Fortunately the GOP shot it down; how embarrassing that there are congresspersons who have taken an oath to support and defend the constitution that do not understand the constitutionally prescribed sequence of events.
