Look like they are starving like in Venezuela?  They have lots of money to donate. Brazil has massive oil reserves. More than Venezuela. Or Mexico combined.

Right now, the Brazilians are smarter than half of the Americans voters..they just elected a conservative president and administration.

  They have observed what socialism has done to other South American nations !

If Brazil can get a good, stable and conservative government, they could become a super power.  They have all the natural resources and work force.
