Seems a Philadelphia magazine wrote an article on what white people, living next to a predominantly black neighborhood, views where. According to the editor of the magazine, some were extremely racist, others not so. But, Mayor Nutter, came out and blasted the magazine for doing the article. Called it racist. Hmm, wasn't he the mayor last year, that basically told black youth, pull up your pants,pull down the hood, act like a young adult instead of a gangbanger. Anyway, seems that he disagreed with the article, but, he was putting together a panel to look into how to improve race relations. Guess it's ok if your black to do that, but not if your white.
