You aint'a gonna like this. This has to do with a turn-in program in Camden NJ. The pictures show some pretty nice guns.

Criminals turning in their guns? Really?

"Did you hear about the school shooting"? "Yeah, I did, and I think I'll get rid of my guns. They might make me want to shoot someone".
It's really no surprise we have the government we do?

$250 !!!!
My town only gave $100 ,,,the cheap bas$%%!
I got rid of a broken stock and a an old rusted 22 auto loader action that was in a basement for over 20 years.
I taped the action to the stock and sprayed painted the whole mess black.
When I handed it to the cop his eyes lit up and he said WOWWWWWW!

Got my $100 for what was going to be pitched in the trash when I cleaned out the basement.

Says they were given 250.00 per gun to turn them in . I got some junk I gladly take that for.

Don't get excited, that is $250 for an assault weapon, which I'm guessing is an AR style rifle. Probably $50 for any junk. What is surprising is that they got five fully automatic weapons. That is if you want to believe the story, that was probably written by a clueless liberal.

It is true.
Some folks that own guns - should not own them.
I saw a Krag carbine (possibly cut down infantry model), a 1911, and an Uzi (without the barrel, they look "meaner" that way).
Oh well, that just makes mine all the more valuable. I mean, you know, if I had any.

Here near, CHICAGO we call that FUNDS FOR FELONS.
Who wouldn't trade in something broken to go get something new.
One year we striped the guts out of a dozen or so Davis derringers I bought for $45. and bought a NICE RUGER MINI 30. and a case of ammo. I would gladly rade in several mosins I paid a $100 for to get $250.

Every one of these buy back schemes I've ever heard of were "no questions asked - no names taken" deals. BGs could unload useless or incriminating weapons for fast cash risk free.

Had some of my guns stolen in a burglary years back. If I hadnt written the S.N. down I couldnt have gotten them back. Good chance somebodies stolen guns are in a pile that big.
