NORTH KOREA LAUNCHES ROCKET 1600 MILES
« on: December 11, 2012, 03:15:23 PM »
North Korea launched a rocket just before 8 p.m. EST (9:51 a.m. Wednesday South Korean local time), and it later fell into the ocean 200 miles east of the Philippines. It traveled an approximate distance of about 1600 - 1800 miles. More astounding though is that no one saw it coming. After a bit of misdirection this morning when they announced a delay, many wondered if the launch would happen at all, some were already calling it a failure. The launch is the result of a year's worth of planning and assistance and we predicted earlier today that this launch would be a success. North Korea has claimed that the purpose of the rocket is to put a satellite in orbit, but others say that it's just a test for long-range ballistic missiles.
Though no satellite ended up in orbit, North Korea certainly shocked the world, and showed that anyone within a 1500 mile radius is a viable target.

The lesson should be it doesn't matter what happens to the U.S.  All they care about is that @#%ty little country so the bogeyman is Iran, a country without nuclear fuel let alone a delivery system.   ;)
Study after study has shown how dangerous distracted driving is yet people continue to talk on their cell phones while driving. Driving in the U.S. requires your full attention. Many states and countries have made it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle and the federal government should follow their lead. Banning the use of cell phones while driving would have the added benefit of making the no-texting law enforceable.

Iran and N. Korea are trading partners . Appears a delivery system may be on the way.
They have been the ones supplying Iran with yellow cake so they can enrich plutonium

N. Korea's whole economy is based on the manufacture of arms and selling to highest bidders.
