Romney is gonna keep their gravy train a-flowin'
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.

the men who have endorsed Romney are the reason that you can bad mouth a leader without being thrown in the gulag.
without them, you would be speaking something other than english.

Someone needs to school you, Casull, and I'm just the guy to do it:

Pssst... lissen up.... active duty officers don't make military endorsements of political figures, if they want to remain active-duty officers.

you're welcome...

new right-wing acolyte is pickin' sides and bustin' chops:

You think so? What do these guys have to do with keeping me out of a Russian penal colony?

Oh, I don't think that Libutti or Palmer have anything whatsoever to do with me speaking English, or any other language. Why do you think they do?
Beware military worship... a jet on AB is not the 'sound of freedom'...

Related to the thread... is endorsement by former military officers - esp considering those guys working in defense industry, who stand to benefit from the buckets of money Romney wants to send their way -  a particularly good or important reason to support a candidate? More important, say, that endorsement by America's doctors? I think the AMA supports Obama, but I could be wrong on that...

Okay. Do you think that former military officers are more God-Fearing than current physicians? Seriously - what's the value of endorsement by former officers, compared to endorsement by largest organization of physicians? Got an opinion on that?

ama is like aarp, the ones who put out the magazine don't really speak for their members even though they make that claim.
I see four doctors on a regular basis, and they all are against obama care.

what i'd like to see is obama armor up, be issued an m16 and "walk point" in afghanistan for a month...then i could understand it if the military MIGHT be ok with him as CIC...
what some of you may, or may not, realize, is that military officers are bound for life...they can be recalled.

True, but extremely unlikely... unless they're gonna be charged with something, or we have a major war... and even then, we've got PLENTY of flag officers to go around!

SEveral states were too late getting the absentee ballots to our military, now others find that they were sent the wrong ballots, sounds to me like hussein doesn't want our military to vote. Wonder why?? Possibly because they see firsthand what his policies do?? That his policies cost American lives?? He doesn't intend to let them vote. Hussein is pure evil. You obama supporters oughta be proud. POWDERMAN.  >:( >:(

True, but extremely unlikely... unless they're gonna be charged with something, or we have a major war... and even then, we've got PLENTY of flag officers to go around!
i've had the "Pleasure" of walking point...obama has NEVER served in the military. he does not show respect for the military that does romney...johnson served in the USN...simple...you ALWAYS have more respect for those who have "been there and done that" as you have, if you are a veteran. every time a fellow soldier, marine, airman or sailor falls, a part of us who have served, falls with them.
have you ever noticed the salutes given obama by the AF senior NCO's when debarking from AF One? they're the slow "Funeral" salutes...hmmmmmmmm...i wonder if that has a meaning?
as far as being recalled...i know retired, senior NCO's as well as officers, that were recalled for 'nam and Desert storm...in at least two cases, for BOTH wars...
military veterans and active military are more likely to support fellow soldiers...it's that simple.
once you've been in the service, you're ALWAYS in service...active, reserve, retired, discharged, you're ALWAYS in uniform.
don't squat while wearing your spurs...will rogers

He doesn't intend to let them vote. Hussein is pure evil. You obama supporters oughta be proud. POWDERMAN.  >:( >:(

Trenchant analysis, I suppose... ?
Jesus said we should treat other as we'd want to be treated... and he didn't qualify that by their party affiliation, race, or even if they're of diff religion.
