I know I'll hate myself for this but here's some sanity for the thread. If you're assuming that they took some guy out of a patrol car and put him in a chopper to shoot these invaders, you'd be wrong. Only troopers and specialists who are licensed aerial gunners are allowed to shoot from a chopper. They must undergo training and pass a test to get the license. There are only a handful of folks in the entire State of Texas that have this license. I know several of them and several of the State chopper pilots. None are Rambo style kinda guys. I can assure you the first thing they took out would have been the tires. After the tires were flat and the truck still moving, they would have tried to disable the engine but there's only so much a 5.56 is going to do to most engines. After that, they would have moved to the drivers seat. What you don't see is that these clowns with their escape was endangering legal citizens of this country- they had to be stopped. Now what would the story be if the trooper didn't stop these illegals and they hit a bus load of school children?
