Of your chocies mine would be the Beretta Cheetah 87 simply because every Beretta I've owned served me very well. Long ago I thought about getting an 87 Target model, never did though. The rimfire Beretta I carried was the little Model 21 Bobcat (not for a CCW), and it was an excellent light weight unobtrusive and surprizingly accurate carry just to have something along when hiking for survival if needed. Replaced my old Astra Cub 22 Short I used for the same for 30 odd years that supplied a lot of cook pot fodder and was a bunch more accurate.
Second would probably be the Sig, never heard of many folks who had a Sig whatever model that didn't like them.
Know zip about the CZ Kadet, but the BRNO/CZ rifles I've owned were great.
Know nothing about the Bersa Thunder except that like many others it was patterned after what would be another solid chocie for me, a Walther PPK/E or PPK/L.
Other options... I loved my Colt Ace, wish I still had it.
If you attend Star Trek affairs and what to carry (but not your phaser), a Whitney Wolverine might be your ticket.
