Mostly I make custom cannon carriages for folks with real barrels but there is a lot of non-firing guns on my website at www.jmelledge.com
The non-firing concrete barrel on a naval carriage is my best seller.  It is for outdoor display and looks great.  It will really impress your neighbors.
