The locals have been screaming, walking kids to the school bus.  Not leaving dogs out on chains in the yard.  Problem has been solved.

And people wonder why I, my Wife, and my Son all carry.  There are loaded guns at every door, in the garage, and even in the shed.  The one in North Pole was about 3/4 mile from my house.
