Has anyone here had any experience with eating Aoudad sheep? If so, let us know how it was and about any special preparations necessary.

but the one we ate was a ewe, and was quite tasty. We didn't do anything different than we do for whitetail. Now a big ram might be a bit gamy, not sure.
