2012 Handi Budget Increase DENIED
« on: March 15, 2012, 02:45:49 AM »
Sadly, my Handi budget increase was denied again this year. The promotion gods frowned upon me and I will wait another year to get another chance. Perhaps this upcoming deployment will boost me ahead and I'll have better odds next year.

Just gotta keep on keeping on.  :D

Thanks, Dinny

The Army doesn't know a good thing when they see it.  We all know you deserve a promotion.

Dinny-
I am in the same boat though not military related as yours. I am trying to look on the bright side of it as my excessive handi problem has left me with several calibers that i havent even gotten shooting to there potential. I am going to make it a point to focus on them as my goal for the year and hopefully soon enough the buying craze will return. Unless i just cant help myself :)

I never have to worry about falling............Oh, yeah,  there is a third really........... when anyone says I am doing a mediocre job I just tell them "considering what you are paying me, that is the buy of the century!"

Dinny, I see the Military is moving right along with its long established widom.....nothing much changes.  Hang in there buddy, I think there's a new Commander-in-Chief coming down the pike.  Perhaps he'll spend some cash on our men and women for a change instead of the ragheads and antis.

Don, glad you've found a position.  Best of luck to you.  I hope it'll turn out to be a really positive step.
