Venison Sausage Recipes

I was thinking for my next deer I will turn it into brakefsts sausage  (patties).
what seasonings sould i mix  in with the ground deer. I was also thinking about mixing it with about 25%  cheep pork sausage for fat. (1/2 lb pork to 1 1/2  lbs deer)
I want both hot and mild

any ideas ?

Do a search I use a multi engine dogpile and type in Venison Sausage. You will find more recipies that you can shake a stick of sausage at. :) Jim
