I stocked Mausers in wood and synthetic stocks from various makers. Probably the nicest I've seen lately in wood has been Boyds for ease of installation and minimal work to finish. I liked their classic design - JRS I believe they call it.  The laminated models are stable but heavy (IMO). Not alot of choices in styles but what they have is decent.

You could also try Richard's Micro-fit  - rifle-stocks.com .   I am a little hesitant to even mention them, they don't have the best of reputation for delivery time, quality or customer service.  Then again, others are happy with them and haven't had trouble.  I haven't used them in probably 10 years and they were a last resort when I did. back then, their inletting was rough, like half-trained beavers with an attitude. Delivery was extremely slow, like 6 months....  I hear these things have improved but don't plan to find out.

I think I have a spare Ramline for SR Mauser. PM me if you decide to go that route and need one. Happy tinkering!

You can try Wenigs in Lincoln Missouri. They have the workers from Fajens custon shop and Fred Wenig the owner is a really great guy. They have tons of wood on hand and will turn it to any of many styles.. I like laminated stocks. They are warm and ay stronger than needed. I greatly rduce the weight by milling out large pieces ot the area under the barrel channel and in the butt stock.  I've put Swedes in mahy kinds of stocks but great prefer walnut. For the Swede a nice piece of claro is the way to go.. I'm currently building a thimbhole mannlicher for a friend and a simple mannlicher as a gift.

I ordered a laminated stock from Richards. They advise customers of an eight week delivery time.  They do have some stocks ready from items not picked up at reduced prices. I would presume delivery time would be much shorter. I'm a leftie and they do make stocks to fit on a right hand action :)
It takes a while to get someone on the phone and email isn't any better. We'll seehow that deal works out.

I waited ten weeks for my Model 70 stock & when I contacted Richards, they had not even started on it.  I cancelled.

That doesn't sound encouraging at all. Two good things. They don't charge your credit card 'til they ship your order and I'm not in a rush. If I get it next year that will be fine for me.

I have used Richards before and all went well although they are not fast.. The worst problem I've had was in one istance the inletting was larger than it should have been. This made inletting the barreled action dicey. There was no wiggle room..at all!! But the stock worked out great and the prices used to be pretty good......

I use Boyd's....They come through "semi-inletted" and are able to be fit and finished to any receiver/mag box/barrel dia. differences that may be incurred. I've used them with great success on Mausers and Springfield 1903's . Just my 2c. SAS

I bought one from Great American gunstocks profiled and finished ti. Not a drop in,but not really a lot of work either. I restocked mine in the traditional German style. I thought their price and return time was good.

Hmmmmm, let me think about this.  Found a nicely hand carved walnut sporter stock that had a 7x57 93 Spanish barreled action in it and fitted a sporterized 94 Swede action into it.  Minor difference in receivers.  Gent gave me what could be a unilet Boyd's walnut stock that had a bad crack in rear of butt....fixed the crack and inletted stock for a M96 Swede barreled action.   Made another stock from scratch for a Swede, using wood from an old bed headboard....laminated its wood.  Think thats about it.
