First place I'd check would be Ed's Contenders. If he doesn't have one he's probably the best to have look for one for him.
Ron Sable would be another source to locate one maybe.
A "want to buy" on any gun forum classifieds might turn something up.
No idea if TC's so called custom shop will ever reopen, but they only offered it in chrome molly and not ss.
He can always get one made by the custom TC barrel shops if nothing else.
