:-)
I owned a Remington 760 in .30-06 in the late 1970s. It gave around 1 MOA when benched at 100 yards using the Remington 180 grain Core Lokt factory ammo. I got about 2 MOA with the 220 grain Core Lokt factory ammo. Friends with the 7600 rifle in .30-06 and .35 Whelen are shooting between 1 and 2 MOA. From their shooting results and various posts on forums, it appears that the Remington 7600 is quite an accurate firearm, as was the 760 I owned. I reload, but I do buy factory ammo when it is on sale. I have always had good results from Remington ammunition in .308, .30-06, .375H&H, and .44 magnum. Remington factory 220 grain .30-06 Core Lokt shoots less than or at worst 1.5 MOA in my 7400 synthetic carbine when benched. Guess you could call that an endorsement for Remington ammo.
