Weather shield encore frame rusting

I have one of the new encore ws frames.  I hunted in the rain with it once and now all the cheesy pro hunter engraving is rusting.  I guess they cost it and then engrave which doesnt really make sense.  Any suggestions on cleaning it or should I consider this a factory defect?

I don't see it as a factory defect.
 
Does the rust clean off at all?
 
I have the standard blued T/C Encore frame and after any moisture I completely take down the frame to every last piece to ensure its properly cleaned so it cannot rust.
