Ted Williams Mod 100
« on: December 13, 2011, 03:25:22 AM »
I know this is a Winchester 94 with a Sears badge on it.  I just bought this gun yesterday, it has awsome wood on it  and the price was right.  Now to my problem, I took the butt stock off to clean the stock and metal up.  The hammer is back in the full cock position, I here a small click, sounded like when you pull the hammer back.  The hammer is locked back, and will not release, I'm sure this is something simple but it has me stumped.  I did not force on to release the hammer, the bottom tang will move some and I think this is some of my problem.  Thanks just looking for some answers,
