Yes, all T/C Encore barrels interchange with T/C Pro Hunter barrels flawlessly.

Thompson Center has this as question #21 in their FAQ section, see link below.

21: Will everything on the encore fit the pro hunter & vise versa? Yes, all Pro-Hunter and standard Encore are interchangeable.

I am not sure if they still do it but you used to be able to mail you receiver to T/C and they would "make" your encore receiver into a pro hunter.  Meaning they would install a swing hammer and engrave it.  I think it was about $79.
