Ruger 22/45 for $233
« on: May 23, 2011, 06:14:40 AM »
Larry's Pistol & Pawn here in Huntsville is running sale right now with Mkiii 22/45s for $233.  Before I rush to get one before the sale is over, can anyone give me an idea of what they are going for in other parts of the country.  If the deal is only a few dollars in savings, I can afford to wait till later when I can better afford the purchase.

I have a Smith 22A now which shoots great.  My wife can hardly get her hands around the grips.  I'm thinking the Ruger may be a bit better in that regard.

Thanks!

I guess now is the time if I want one.  The sale runs for a couple more weeks.

$297.59 out the door here for the standard 4.75 tapered barrel w/ fixed sites,  $512.87 for a stainless 6.88" fluted barrel w/ adjustable sites.   You did not specify configuration so the two I quoted represent both ends of the spectrum.

That's the one I bought; the basic model.
