Is the 1100 and 1187 stocks the same.

since the 1187 is an updated version of the 1100 I would expect so but have not swapped any. The firecontrol assemblies interchange because that I've seen..  What are you contemplating..

Since both use the spring tunnel behind the action they should interchange. Many turkey hunters seem to be moving to a pistol gripped buttstock on their weapons but I've never used one for that purpose. I am in the process of making a thumbhole stock M96 Swede in a mannlicher style.. I'll post some pics as it progresses if I ever get a better computer ith the necessary capability...
