Pardner shotguns & buffalo Classic stocks?

Hello, I have a compact Pardner 28 gauge, and I'm thinking of removing the fore end and buttstock, and installing the pieces from the 45LC carbine- I found the carbine wood bits at a good price. Are these pieces interchangeable? Thanks in advance!

I have set up a 28ga that way. It worked fine and looked great. I'd take a picl but I took it apart but I used the receiver.for another project.

Will look good and shouldnt hurt in that gauge, but in 20 and larger that crecent buttplate would bite.
