Barrell length

I am thinking of putting together a 6.5 Swede.  I would like to determine the correct  or best length barrell and barrell taper.  I have calculated that the barrell lenght for the Swede should be a little over 19".  I don't think I need a 24'' barrell.  

I have a dislike for a tapered light barrel because it tends to be whippy and doesn't settle down for an off hand shot.  TC has a heavy and a bull.  If the barrell length was 19 to 21", it probably would not make much difference in which barrell to choose.

Any suggestions?

Ruskin,
 I too prefer heavy and bull barrels. The only problem I've encountered is the availability of fore ends from T/C inletted for these profiles, especially the bulls. Since T/C doesn't supply a fore end with the barrel, be sure to order the correct fore end to fit you barrel profile. Chances are you won't find one at your local gun shop.
