Google it and you can find instructions on how to do it yourself.

Justin Munden in VA has done six trigger jobs for my brothers and I.  $40 each.  You choose the trigger pull weight, (I love a light one 2 1/2 pounds).  Excellent turn around in less than a week.  dsscustom@aol.com

Mike Belm is the godfather of all things Encore.  You can have him do it or you can download the instructions and do it yourself.
