RUGER MINI???
« on: January 03, 2011, 06:02:33 AM »
I have had a couple of Mini's in the past.  Fun, reliable, 3 to 5 moa average.

Thinking about another one.  Either in .223 or 6.8 spc.

Has the accuracy improved any?  What are the current prices like?  The last one I bought was at $350.

Thanks for the help.

Dave

Can't say from personal knowledge but I thought I read an article in the last year that claimed Ruger had retooled and made some changes in the Mini. They are supposed to be more accurate and fix a few other issues. Wish I could remember where I read that - its been a little while.

I have seen some new ones and their barrels look to have a larger diameter than the older ones which was supposed to improve accuracy.
