Lakefield Mark ll

I have a lakefield mark ll and was wondering since savage took them over if the savage mark ll was basically the same gun? Reason for the question is that mine has a youth stock on it and I really need to get a full size one for it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Yes you could get a MKII stock with the same receiver inletting to replace the youth stock. I have a MKI made by Lakefield that I machined the receiver and converted it to a MKII using the Savage parts
