Encore Shotguns

How well do shotguns fit with standard stocks for wing shooting? 

I only have experience with the NEF/H&R swap barrels.  I found that their shotguns point well with the shotgun stocks, but with rifle, both Monte Carlo and straight stocks, they are useless.  The barrel/sights/stock combination is critical to making them work, IMO.

What is the opinion here?

I was concerned about this as well.  I bought the 20g barrel and mounted it up to my Pro Hunter stock and new 20g Pro Hunter fore end.  Brought it up and it sits with my line of sight perfect like my regular shotguns.  I was happy about that.  I realize that your fit is different but they do have a raised vent rib.  Good luck.
