...while most eyes are diverted to the Gulf of Mexico, what is being swept under the Washington political Rug? 

Someone sent me a notification that the Administration HAS SIGNED a UN Treaty to ban the Worldwide private possession of handguns.  I believe it to be a hoax - at this time.  But it is on the "radar" of possibilities.

But more insidious things happen when attention is diverted from one blistering newscast to another and we KNOW the Drive By Media isn't our investigative reporting "Friend". 

Politicians use every opportunity to scurry around like cockroaches in the night.  Diverted attention is a good opportunity for Politicians to do real damage to the Republic.  Turn the light on them and they scurry for cover.

The regime that's in power now has not made a secret of what their intentions are.  They've been quite clear about how they want to tranform this country into a Euro-social, liberal puke bucket.  Make that an unarmed, Euro-social, liberal puke bucket.
