Can anyone tell me when the Handi rifles went from ejectors to extractors. I tried to find it in the FAQ's but didn't see it.

There's no one point in time, first extractors were on the 204 Ruger in 2004, pretty much all centerfire rifles were extractor by 2007 with the exception of a few old stock chamberings like 223 Superlight and 450 Marlin which were slow movers.
