Alan, I just got out of the Army after a two year recall.  Maybe I can devote a little more time than I have been.  Need to dust off my mould and get busy.  Hunting season is fast approaching.

I have reamed new 30 cal and 9.3mm paper patch molds.  I have not cast anything with them yet.  The past two months I have been busy preparing for the Camp Perry national matches.  In October when it cools off I will try them out and post the results.  I may use one of them on a hog hunt in November.

a good bullet to play with

a good bullet to play with is the Speer 250 SWC swaged lead .452" meant for the 45 Colt. It patched up easy and is soft for even low velocity loads.
I need to try them in my latest 45/70, a stainless 12.5" [cut off my brake] Super 14 G2 Contender barrel!
