What do you really want for your birthday?

Wife and daughter (son is off in the Army) asked what I 'really wanted' for my birthday next month.  Well, after they brought me back to earth and qualified the question to 'within reason,'  I told them I had the hots for a decent, reasonably priced 2x7 scope with good eye-relief.  And so, after further negotiations (i.e., agreeing to trade a way dinner at a nice restaurant), I have a new Redfield Revolution on the way  ;D

I want a Marbles tang sight for my Model 92 Winchester clone in 357 mag, and my birthday is like REAL close.

That's what my son chose for his 'personal' rifle - an SA58TAC carbine.  He has the ACOG 4X with the red reticle (.308 version).

I think you will be happy with that Redfield 2-7x-----I looked thru one at a sportsman show and compared it to a Leupold 2-7x and could not see a difference. I am getting the Leupold because the Redfield does not come in the silver finish. Both have the great Leupold guarantee!!!
