TREASON?

What would be the penalty for going against the Constitution that you swore to uphold and defend?
Would that be treason?
If so,, then every DEMON-RAT that voted for the Health  Care bill should be tried for treason!

Yea its just a dream. They can vote as they want. the concensus now is that when they are elected they have a mandate to do what they want to do. "They" think they know best, or they dont give a rats ass what you want. you decide. Vote in november!

Not sure we could make the charge of treason stick in this instance.
But they are surely guilty of crimes against the people and subversion of the Constitution.

You can be sure that there are a bunch of lawyer types looking at criminal charges and impeachment for ignoring the constitution. I don't know, they did nothing to those 2 SEIU guys that beat the tar out of that guy for selling conservative stuff at a town hall meeting. They have done nothing  about all the tax cheats in Washington. Barney Frank should be in prison, Chris Dodd for sweetheart deals from Countrywide, Charlie Rangle taking bribes and stuff and on and on.................I guess if your a Democrat you get a get out of jail free card. I don't know   :-\

All three of our congressional delegation in Washington have been voting the right way so there was little for us Wyomingites to do that we felt was meaningful. I'm going to be involved from the start to see that we have a Republican governor next election though. Last election we weren't paying attention in the primaries and the Republicans fielded a looser.

As far as I know Wyoming has yet to pass legislation declaring the Health-care bill unconstitutional due to the tenth amendment.  So you Wyomingites can begin to rally your STATE officials to begin the legal process!

If they are guilty of treason then many American's are guilty of not being involved . I hear so many say I don't vote so ya can't blame me . I don't vote cause I don't want to do jury duty . The list goes on . We are getting what not being involved gets you !
 Think would criminals go free if good citizens had lways stepped up and served ? Would we have long term politicans that screw the people if all of us voted ?
  We the People have what we allowed to happen while ignoreing the Govt. and what was going on . It takes a Waco , a ruby ridge , a health care plan etc. for many to even notice but what will it take to get involved ?
 And check they are protected ! yep passed it while most Americans were asleep .
