Survivor forend fit question
« on: February 26, 2010, 08:21:15 AM »
How should it fit?  The wood Schnabel forend fit level/flush even with the o-ring added, just added a bit of float space.  The Survivor sits with the tip a lot farther down from the barrel and the o-ring isn't the problem as it doesn't appear to touch.  Is this normal or is the back end going to have to be Dremel-ed down where it touches the frame?
