O.K. all you Savage experts I have a model 111 in 30-06 that I would like to put a wood stock on except I can't find one that will fit. I thought a 110 would work but it doesn't. The shape of the trim around the clip isn't the same as on a 110 otherwise it would work. If I buy a follower and magazine box for a 110 and convert that to a blind magazine will that allow me to use a 110 wood stock?
