Tactics for Recent Coastal Low Pressure System

"Wind from the east fish bite least" will seem to be the reality we on the east coast are up against for the next couple of days.  Since time off rather than the weather dictate when I can fish, we are still going to give it a try.  Any tips for river smallmouth in such conditions?

I wouldn't think it would bother fish as much in moving water as it would in a lake.  Still you are going to have to fish slower and more thorough to the structure.  East winds are tough and have beat many a good angler.

our winds typically are from tha s/e. last few years we been having s/w winds ALOT. keeps tha water stirred and it has caused a lot of changing in habits. thought we were going to get away from them but they been coming up again this year. wish el whoever would go away.
