Handi peep sight help

I have a topper 3030 with a williams peep. sighting in at 50 yds the peep is all the way up the ramp with half of it hanging over the ramp to hit the bulls eye. any lower and it shoots low. Do I need a higher or lower front bead?

Lower, if it's just a blade, file the top of the blade down.  ;)
