Customer Service Hours?

Does anyone know H&R's hours?  I did some digging in the FAQ's and with with the search thing but came up with nothing.  I need to send my Tamer 20 back for a repair (see shotgun forum for details)  I work 7-5 Monday through Friday so I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time contacting them.  I could call from work and be fine if the call would go fast but I have a feeling it won't be a fast one.  CS almost never works that way.  Boss might not like me sitting there on the phone instead of working!  The H&R website says to just box it up and send it to them but I'm not paying shipping to fix their mistake.  Will they normally send you a return label if you ask nicely? 

(I would happily pay shipping if I could get them to throw in a free barrel or even a stock but I doubt they'll go for that one )

I dunno, but I'll find out for sure, but If you call now, you'll probably find out from the recording you get.

Wow that makes really good sense.  How did I manage not to come up with that one???

Guess I'll be making a call over my lunch break Monday!  Hope it doesn't take long.

Any chance you (or anyone else) knows if they will send me a shipping label.  I really feel like I shouldn't have to pay.
