Howdy and hot afternoon everyone. It's in the 80's this after noon and you hot weather guys can have it. If I wanted hot weather I'sd still be living in Az or Texas or Virginia or even Oregon. This weather just saps me.
Did get some work done this morning, but the rest of the day has been to sweltering. Suppose we could ge an A/C for the house and shop. But for something that gets used 4-6 weeks a year, the money isn't work it.
Was going though the ammo this morning and I expended just over 4000 round of 17 HM2 on gophers this year. About normal for me. The wife went thorugh 2500 of .22 LR. All in all not a bad year. We took one badger and 4 rock chuck this year. Didn't hunt the rock chucks this year like I have in the past. To many other things going on. Saw two rattlesnakes this year that's a total of three in the 15 years I have lived here. Interesting all three in the same general area.
