Howdy every one.

Hot here in Cut Bank today, a scorching 72 degrees and 42% humidity.

Wifey came to me with one of those sweet little smiles, you know the one, if you don't do what I ask it will be a while befor e you s this smile again...so as she asked, I cut the grass.

At least it gave some time to brain storm.  Trying to come up with a base for the strap mortar.  As I mowed my way around the yard, making the "box" smaller and smaller, I came up with it, a box frame....

Talk to you guys later!!

Warmer down south here in Billings.  Not as bad as yesterday, but think it hit the 90's.  Clouded up and that held the temp down some, now only partley cloudy, so may warm up a bit more.  DP

Ingenuity at it's best!....Yours is usually how it works out for me cept I probably would have had to mow two yards to come up with the solution.

Mowing and sleeping  give me time to hatch great project ideas .
Last night I figured out how to fix a broken jack that has been needing fixed. Some times when one takes a project head on . later you think , why didn't I do it this way ?  Mulling time is always good .  :)

My father was one who always swept the shop floor every morning . Gave him time to plan .
Used to be while milking the cow .... times change.  ;D

And reading  the Morning report on Montana Hunting on GBO can give you inspiration.  Broken jack!!!!! Wow, the Idea just came to me on how I could use an old jack out a Volkswagon beetle to make a ballpuller for my cannon!!   ;D
