My wife let me know this morning that my honey-do list wasn't done. Spent all day cleaning out the garage of stuff we want to keep, putting it in storage and getting ready for the garage sale coming up. Gave me lots of time to think about my Dad and the stories from the end of WWII. He was part of the first Americans to enter Nagasaki after Japan surrendered. Had me thinking about friends I lost during Nam and the other that didn't come back as well as the ones who did make it home but can't fit back in. Say a prayer for all the poor souls who have been in hell and a thanks for all who made it back. DP, U.S. Army, 6 years active, March 72- March 78.
